Handstand classes are a fun way for people to increase their upper body strength & stability and develop balance and core stability. Classes incorporate a variety of partner exercises and spotting. They are extremely addictive! Suitable for beginners, yoga & fitness people alike.
What to wear
Close fitting leggings or shorts preferably with no zips (some people like to wear two layers). The top should be either tight fitting or one you can tuck into your leggings.
