Going on yoga retreat is a great opportunity to develop your practice away from the normal distractions of daily life.

Clean air, new surroundings, space to relax, sharing your time with like minded people – all help to create the perfect place for the transformation power of the Ashtanga yoga practice to work it’s magic!

Mornings include a Mysore-style Ashtanga practice (with led primary on Fridays). Afternoons are more in depth sessions working on the finer points of a particular pose or discovering the potential of a meditation or pranayama practice to help you find peace and space when you get back home.

We give you the traditional Saturday as your day off and Wednesday afternoons so you can go and explore. Its up to you how you play it.

Make it a complete escape from reality and immerse yourself in the yoga practice totally using your free time to read up and develop your yogic knowledge or take therapeutic treatments.

Or treat it as a holiday using your free time to explore the local area. If you would like to bring a friend who doesn’t want to practice yoga then get in touch as if space is available this is something we are happy to offer.

Our mission is to set you up with a practice that you can continue when you get home, we will teach you the tools you need to establish yourself a daily practice.
