To be a good teacher Alice feels you need to have plenty of experience as a student and She has always enjoyed being a student. She just couldn’t get enough of school, going in early, using lunchbreaks and after school times for extra curricula activities. She also attended dance and swimming lessons since since she was a small child and kept them going through the tricky teenage years only giving up due to lack of finances as a student in London – but thank you to Brixton Recreation Centre she discovered aerobics and that was the seed that was planted which led her to leave an Engineering Product Design Course to pursue her passion for fitness and make it her living.
